Refund Policy
By purchasing any item from Harrie Swim, you agree to the following Exchange Policy:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do however understand that choosing the right size can be difficult online, and we want your swimwear to be perfect for you and your little ones!
You can return your item within 14 days for a store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and customers must cover the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a store credit, items must be returned in original condition, unwashed with all tags and hygiene stickers attached. Please take care when trying on your swimwear. Try swimwear on over underwear and ensure you are wearing no deodorant, moisturiser, make-up, fake tan etc.
If your item is not returned in original condition, no store credit will be issued and the item will not be returned to you.

PLEASE NOTE All sales items or items purchased with a discount code are FINAL sales and not eligible for return.
Faulty/ Damaged items
We pride ourselves on quality and take great care to check each item before it is posted. If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty or damaged, please contact our team at returns@harrieswim.com.au and we will assist you further.
